Every Yunique LED set is built to order, so “where's my order?” has two answers depending on where your build is. Here's how to check both.

1. Still being built? Watch it live.

Every build we're actively working on appears on our live status board, with a progress bar for each stage — Pre-Build, Building/Painting, Testing, Sealing, and Ship.

Standard turnaround is 4 to 6 weeks. During peak season (November to May), builds can take 10 to 14 weeks. If you're shipping us your lights, your quoted timeframe holds your spot in the queue — we'll contact you when it's time to send them in.

2. Shipped? Check your email for tracking.

The moment your order ships, a tracking number is emailed automatically to the address you used at checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Yunique LED.
