★How long does a custom build take?
Our build times depend on the season, the type of build, and whether you’re shipping your headlights. Generally, it can range anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. If you are shipping your headlights, the timeframe given places you in the queue, no need to send them immediately. Once we’re closer to your build slot, we’ll contact you to ship your headlights or taillights to us. When shipping your headlights, the actual build time once received typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days.
★Can I send you my existing lights, or do I need to buy a new set?
Both work. Send us your stock set, and we'll modify them, or buy a fresh donor set from us if you'd rather keep your original lights installed during the build.
★Can I pick custom colors or animations?
Yes. Stage 3 RGB builds are fully programmable via app. Pick any color, save scenes, set patterns. Lower stages offer fixed color options including white, amber, and switchback configurations.
★Will your builds fit my specific car?
If your car is listed in our vehicle finder, yes. Use the Year / Make / Model picker at the top of any page to see what's available for your build. If you don't see your car, contact us and we'll let you know if we can do a custom build.
★Will modifying my lights affect my factory warranty?
Yes. If we are using your stock headlights or taillights, due to manufacturer policies, once they are opened and modified, the factory warranty on them is typically voided. Our 1 year warranty will still cover the modification work, parts, and labor performed by Yunique LED LLC. Certain restrictions apply.
★Do you offer financing or pay-over-time?
Yes. Klarna and PayPal Pay Later are both available at checkout. Please note that all financing terms, payment schedules, approvals, and related policies are handled directly through the financing provider.
★When will my card be charged?
Full payment is taken at checkout to lock in your build slot in the queue. If you pay with Klarna or PayPal Pay Later, that service handles the installments on their schedule.
★Can I cancel after I've placed the order?
Once an order is placed, the customer has 24 hours to cancel the order. Orders canceled are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Since every set is made to order to your specifications, all custom orders are non-refundable after the 24 hour deadline unless otherwise agreed upon.
★Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, Shopify’s calculated shipping rates are not always accurate for international orders. We recommend emailing us directly so we can provide the best and most accurate shipping rate possible at the time.
★Is installation included or DIY?
All builds ship complete and with instructions. Most install in under an hour with basic hand tools. If you'd rather have it installed, we can refer you to trusted local shops in select markets.
★How are the lights packaged for shipping?
We use shipping peanuts, bubble wrap, packing supplies, and/or a combination of materials on every set to help ensure the headlights arrive safely and securely during transit.
★What does the 1 year warranty cover?
Labor, LEDs, ballasts, and paint are all covered under our 1 year warranty. If something stops working due to a workmanship or component issue, ship them back and we’ll make it right. No fine print, no runaround. Certain restrictions apply.
